As a corporate coach, management consultant and moderator, Ralph Höfliger has been supporting organisations in complex organisational development processes for over 25 years, particularly in the areas of corporate culture, leadership in complexity (VUCA) and next generation organisation (agile, sense-driven, self-organised companies).
Ralph Höfliger is a lecturer and assistant lecturer at various universities of applied sciences in his areas of expertise Corporate Culture Change Management, Complexity (VUCA) Management and Large Group Interventions. He regularly publishes and lectures on these topics.
